Good location, clean rooms. Good sized gym and spa. Many of the staff did not speak very good English (despite being an international hotel) which made it hard, particularly explaining allergy issues at the restaurant. There also weren't enough staff at check in and despite getting a free room upgrade through booking.com we weren't given any information about the club lounge at reception (we only learned about it by chance later on). Overall good hotel, but quite overpriced and staff communication really not great.

The professionalism and attentiveness of the staff were exceptional. I would like to particularly thank the staff in the Club Lounge including Shubham Raj and Nazim Ali who always had our coffees ready and made our family group feel special. The room attendants always made our rooms spotless and orderly and were on hand to meet any request. I have stayed at many hotels around the world and have never experienced such outstanding, polite, warm service. Thank you to the hotel team.

The Hotel is very nice starting from the lobby through to the atrium to get to your room. The staff are very freindly and helpful (you even get a free daily paper). The club room was a bonus because it made breakfast quieter and the happy hour drinks were heaps of fun (met all kinds of friendly people including staff). Able to walk to Indian Gate from hotel which was a bonus.

A nice, clean and comfortable high-end hotel, very centrally-located and with great views (at least from our room) over inner South Delhi. The hotel has glass-walled internal atrium lifts, which also offer a view, but which might be a bit disconcerting if you're bothered by heights. There is a decent, if slightly spartan, pool and a more-than-usable gym. The lobby and check-in were pleasant without being extravagant. We didn't take any meals or drinks here. For what it offers, the price was quite reasonable. I could imagine this being a perfect hotel for a business traveller.
